Hai Na Bai Chuan is our very first four-hands dinner co-created by Chef Cheung from Hutong Hong Kong and Chef Ren from Hutong Dubai, appropriately named celebrating “embracing diverse cultures” to showcase the diversity of Chinese cuisine.
Drawing inspiration from traditional dishes and ingredients of the four major Chinese cuisines – Beijing, Sichuan, Shanghai, and Cantonese – our award-winning chefs introduce eight new renditions of classic Chinese dishes, elevated with modern interpretations and Hutong’s signature fieriness.
